"The night was absolutely quiet with glorious sparkling starlights, as love and beauty intimately embraced the Earth of great Divine Compassion. Mind of the Universe was innocently empty of myriad phenomena through passage of time, for time breeds further shadows of darkness, which is the very nature of existence."

Universal Divine Sacred Emptiness!

"Existence is Universal Cosmic Symphony of Divine Sacred Emptiness, which is omnipresent, omniscient, and omnipotent! Only being in Oneness with the Universal Cosmic Consciousness, the Mind may meditatively immerse into the Ultimate Truth of Absolute Reality!"
Rexsy
<> Universal Cosmic Consciousness <>
"In the profound majestic beauty of the Cosmos, the Universal Cosmic Consciousness omnipresently, omnisciently, and omnipotently penetrates the vast silent space of the Divine Sacred Emptiness!"
~ Rexsy
"Neither a lofty degree of intelligence nor imagination nor both together go to the making of genius. Love, love, love, that is the soul of genius."
~ W.A. Mozart
"All that we are is the result of what we have thought."
~ Buddha
"Existence is a Universal Cosmic Symphony!"
~ Rexsy
"If you know that everything comes from the mind, don't become attached. Once attached, you're unaware. But once you see your own nature, the entire Canon becomes so much prose. It's thousands of sutras and shastras only amount to a clear mind. Understanding comes in midsentence. What good are doctrines? The ultimate Truth is beyond words. Doctrines are words. They're not the Way. The Way is wordless. Words are illusions. . . . Don't cling to appearances, and you'll break through all barriers. . . ."
~ Bodhidharma
"As far as the laws of mathematics refer to reality, they are not certain, and as far as they are certain, they do not refer to reality."
~ A. Einstein
"Art! Who comprehends her? With whom can one consult concerning this great goddess?"
~ L.V. Beethoven
"There are three methods to gaining wisdom: first, by reflection, which is noblest; second, by imitation, which is easiest; and third by experience, which is the bitterest."
~ Confucius
"Sacred Spirit of the radiating Sun was completely silent over the Earth of myriad living beings. Concentration of attention towards the infinite structure of the Universe is a progression of human quest on achieving the high tranquil state of deep meditation, in which, concentration is ineffectively able of immersing the hyperspace of the Universal Emptiness. Whereas, attention of concentration is a realization of the acknowledgment, that concentration is partial to meditation, always. In the attentive state of meditation, deep in the unfathomable architecture of universal creations, one achieves the quest of immortality in the Superconsciouness of Enlightenment."
~ Rexsy
"Delusion means mortality. And awareness means Buddhahood."
~ Bodhidharma
"People under delusion accumulate tainted merits but do not tread the Path.
They are under the impression that to accumulate merits and to tread the
Path are one and the same thing.
Though their merits for alms-giving and offerings are infinite
They do not realize that the ultimate source of sin lies in the three
poisons within their own mind.
They expect to expiate their sins by accumulating merit
Without knowing that felicities obtained in future lives have nothing to
do with the expiation of sins.
Why not get rid of the sin within our own mind,
For this is true repentance?"
~ Hui Neng
"The will to win, the desire to succeed, the urge to reach your full potential... these are the keys that will unlock the door to personal excellence."
~ Confucius
"Life is short, and the time of death is uncertain; so apply yourselves to meditation. Avoid doing evil, and acquire merit, to the best of your ability, even at the cost of life itself. In short, act so that you will have no cause to be ashamed of yourselves; and hold fast to this rule."
~ Milarepa
"A Symphony must be like the World. It must contain Everything."
~ G. Mahler
"It is difficult to meet success in the effort to insure one's own spiritual welfare, even without seeking to benefit others. If you seek another's spiritual welfare before attaining your own, it would be like a helplessly drowning man trying to save another man in the same predicament. Therefore, one should not be too anxious and hasty in setting out to save others before one has, oneself, realized Truth in Its fullness. That would be like the blind leading the blind. As long as the sky endures, there will be no dearth of sentient beings for you to serve, and your opportunity for such service will come. Till it does, I exhort each one of you to keep but one resolve: namely, to attain Buddhahood for the benefit of all living creatures."
~ Milarepa
"There are also two kinds of truths: truth of reasoning and truths of fact. Truths of reasoning are necessary and their opposite is impossible; those of fact are contingent and their opposite is possible."
~ G.W.V. Leibniz
"But people of the deepest understanding look within, distracted by nothing. Since a clear mind is the Buddha, they attain the understanding of a Buddha without using the mind."
~ Bodhidharma
"Since all Dharmas are immanent in our mind there is no reason why we
should not realize intuitively the real nature of Suchness. The
Bodhisattva Sila Sutra says, "Our Essence of Mind is intrinsically pure,
and if we knew our mind and realized what our nature is, all of us would
attain Buddhahood."
~ Hui Neng
"Faithfulness and sincerity are the highest things."
~ Confucius
"The great mystic light of wisdom, across the beautiful skies, penetrated the seawaters of myriad existences. The mysticism of science is achieved through logic upon manipulations of the coarser forms of cosmic energy, thus, partial and fragmentary. Whereas, mysticism of religion, through direct experience over all structures of energy from the grossest to the finest, is wholistic and complete."
~ Rexsy
"As regards the method of acquiring practical spiritual knowledge, if you find a certain practice increases your evil passions and tends you toward selfishness, abandon it, though it may appear to others virtuous. And if any course of action tends to counteract your evil passions, and to benefit sentient beings, know that to be the true and holy path, and continue it, even though it should appear to others to be sinful."
~ Milarepa
"Our greatest glory is not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall."
~ Confucius
"Within the Essence of Mind all things are intrinsically pure, like the azure of the sky and the radiance of the sun and the moon which, when obscured by passing clouds, may appear as if their brightness had been dimmed; but as soon as the clouds are blown away, brightness reappears and all objects are fully illuminated. Learned Audience, our evil habits may be likened unto the clouds; while Sagacity and Wisdom are like the sun and the moon respectively. When we attach ourselves to outer objects, our Essence of Mind is clouded by wanton thoughts which prevent our Sagacity and Wisdom from sending forth their light."
~ Hui Neng
"As death, when we come to consider it closely, is the true goal of our existence, I have formed during the last few years such close relations with this best and truest friend of mankind, that his image is not only no longer terrifying to me, but is indeed very soothing and consoling! And I thank my God for graciously granting me the opportunity of learning that death is the key which unlocks the door to our true happiness."
~ W.A. Mozart
"The true Way is sublime. It can't be expressed in language. Of what use are scriptures? But someone who sees his own nature finds the Way, even if he can't read a word."
~ Bodhidharma
"All worldly pursuits have but one unavoidable and inevitable end, which is sorrow; acquisitions end in dispersion; buildings in destruction; meetings in separation; births in death. Knowing this, one should, from the very first, renounce acquisitions and storing-up, and building, and meeting; and, faithful to the commands of an eminent Guru, set about realizing the Truth. That alone is the best of religious observances."
~ Milarepa
"To love is to place our happiness in the happiness of another."
~ G.W.V. Leibniz
"Thus there are reasons why all dharmas are nonexistent and therefore cannot be considered to be existent, and there are reasons why they are not nonexistent and therefore cannot be considered to be nonexistent. Why? Suppose we say that they are existent. Such existence is not true (or absolute). Or suppose we say that they are nonexistent. But phenomena have already taken shape. In as far as things have already taken shape, they cannot be said to be nonexistent, and since they have no true existence, they cannot be said to be really existent. From this, the principle of the emptiness of the unreal should become clear."
~ Seng-Chao
"Maintain the state of undistractedness, and distractions will fly away. Dwell alone, and you shall find the Friend. Take the lowest place, and you shall reach the highest. Hasten slowly, and you shall soon arrive. Renounce all worldly goals, and you shall reach the highest Goal. If you follow this unfrequented path, you will find the shortest way. If you realize Sunyata (the absolute Emptiness), compassion will arise within your hearts; and when you lose all differentiation between yourself and others, then you will be fit to serve others."
~ Milarepa
"All men's souls are immortal, but the souls of the righteous are immortal and divine."
~ Socrates
"When our mind works freely without any hindrance, and is at liberty to 'come' or to 'go', we attain Samadhi of Prajna, or liberation. Such a state is called the function of 'thoughtlessness'. But to refrain from thinking of anything, so that all thoughts are suppressed, is to be Dharma-ridden, and this is an erroneous view."
~ Hui-Neng
"He who conquers himself is the mightiest warrior."
~ Confucius
"Nature was intimately bathed with warm sunlight from the deep heavens. The clouds reflectively embraced wisdom of nothingness over the multi-dimensional space of existences. Indescribable bliss entered all living consciousnesses in the shadows of mysterious darkness."
~ Rexsy
"What shall we say? Shall we say that things are nonexistent? Then the heterodox view [that things are annihilated] would not be erroneous. Shall we say that things are existent? Then the view that things are eternal would be correct. Because things are not nonexistent, the heterodox view is therefore erroneous, and because things are not existent, therefore the eternalist's view is incorrect. Thus the true words of the absolute truth are that things are neither existent nor nonexistent."
~ Seng-Chao
"I do not conceive of any reality at all as without genuine unity."
~ G. Leibniz
"Veiled by ignorance,
The minds of man and Buddha
Appear to be different;
Yet in the realm of Mind Essence
They are both of one taste.
Sometimes they will meet each other
In the great Dharmadhatu."
~ Milarepa
"The ultimate Truth is beyond words. Doctrines are words. They're not the Way."
~ Bodhidharma
"The more man meditates upon good thoughts, the better will be his world and the world at large."
~ Confucius
"Verily, from meditation arises wisdom. Without meditation wisdom wanes."
~ Buddha
"For him who... knows his own mind and sees intuitively his own nature, he is a Hero, a Teacher of gods and men, a Buddha."
~ Hui Neng
"This is to make clear that the sage, in his attitude toward the myriad things, leaves the vacuous nature of things as it is and does not need to disintegrate it before he can penetrate it."
~ Seng-Chao
"Where love is, there God is also...Where there is love, there is life."
~ Gandhi
"Not thinking about anything is zen. Once you know this, walking, standing, sitting, or lying down, everything you do is zen. To know that the mind is empty is to see the buddha… Using the mind to look for reality is delusion. Not using the mind to look for reality is awareness. Freeing oneself from words is liberation."
~ Bodhidharma
"Through the abandonment of desire the Deathless is realized."
~ Buddha
"The Supreme Vacuity which neither comes into [nor goes out of] existence is probably the subtle principle in the reflection of the mysterious mirror of prajna (wisdom) and the source of all existence. Unless one possesses the intelligence and special penetrating power of a sage, how can he harmonize his spirit with the realm of neither existence nor nonexistence? Therefore the perfect man penetrates the infinite with his wonderful mind and the finite cannot obstruct him. He applies to the utmost his ears to listen and his eyes to see, and sound and color cannot restrict him. Is this not because he leaves the vacuous self-nature of things as it is and therefore they cannot affect his spiritual intelligence?
Therefore the sage exercises his true mind and is in accord with principle (li), and there is no obstruction which he cannot pass through. He views the transformation of all things with the clear understanding that [they are all of] one material force and therefore he is in accord with
whatever he may encounter. Since there is no obstruction which he cannot pass through, therefore he can mix with the impure and achieve purity, and since he is in accord with whatever he encounters, he sees the unity of things as he comes in contact with them. Since this is the case, although the ten thousand forms (phenomenal things) seem to be different, they are not so in themselves. As they are not different in themselves, it follows that these [apparent] forms are not the real forms.
As these forms are not the real forms, although they [appear to be] forms, they are not [real] forms at all."
~ Seng-Chao
"A human being is part of the whole called by us universe , a part limited in time and space. We experience ourselves, our thoughts and feelings as something separate from the rest. A kind of optical delusion of consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest to us. Our task must be to free ourselves from the prison by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty... We shall require a substantially new manner of thinking if mankind is to survive."
~ A. Einstein
"Love thy neighbor as thyself: Do not to others what thou wouldn't not wish be done to thyself: Forgive injuries. Forgive thy enemy, be reconciled to him, give him assistance, invoke God in his behalf."
~ Confucius
"Self-nature is always pure, just as the sun and moon are always shining. It is only when they are obscured by clouds that there is brightness above but darkness below and the sun, the moon, and the stars cannot be seen. But when suddenly a gentle mind blows and scatters all clouds and fog, all phenomena are abundantly spread out before us, all appearing together. The purity of people’s nature is comparable to the clear sky, their wisdom comparable to the sun, and sagacity comparable to the moon. Their sagacity and wisdom are always shining. It is only because externally people are attached to spheres of objects that erroneous thoughts, like floating clouds, cover the self-nature so that it is not clear. […] By taking refuge ourselves is meant to remove evil deeds. This is called taking refuge."
~ Hui Neng
"Recommend virtue to your children; it alone, not money, can make them happy. I speak from experience."
~ L.V. Beethoven
"The buddha is your real body, your original mind. This mind has no form or characteristics, no cause or effect, no tendons or bones. It's like space. You can't hold it. It's not the mind of materialists or nihilists. Except for a tathagata, no one else - no mortal, no deluded being - can fathom it."
~ Bodhidharma
"Sincerity and truth are the basis of every virtue."
~ Confucius
"Whence it follows that God is absolutely perfect, since perfection is nothing but magnitude of positive reality, in the strict sense, setting aside the limits or bounds in things which are limited."
~ G.W.V. Leibniz
"Good and learned friends, in this method of mine, from the very beginning, whether in the sudden-enlightenment or gradual-enlightenment tradition, absence-of-thought has been instituted as the main doctrine, absence-of-characters as the substance, and nonattachment as the foundation. What is meant by absence-of-characters? Absence of characters means to be free from characters while in the midst of them. Absence-of-thought means not to be carried away by thought in the process of thought. Nonattachment is man's original nature. Thought after thought goes on without remaining. Past, present, and future thoughts continue without termination. But if we cut off and terminate thought one instant, the dharma-body (Law-body or spiritual body ) is freed from the physical body. At no time should a single instant of thought be attached to any dharma. If one single instant of thought is attached to anything, then every thought will be attached. That is bondage. But if in regard to dharmas no thought is attached to anything, that is freedom. This is the meaning of having nonattachment as the foundation."
~ Hui Neng
"Divine Creativity exists when thought is not, for Universal Cosmic Energy may freely immerse the silent mind of great intelligence with limitless freedom of creations!"
~ Rexsy
"You must not lose faith in humanity. Humanity is an ocean; if a few drops of the ocean are dirty, the ocean does not become dirty."
~ Gandhi
"Without recognizing the ordinances of Heaven, it is impossible to be a superior man."
~ Confucius
"If you see your nature, you don't need to read sutras or invoke buddhas. Erudition and knowledge are not only useless but also cloud your awareness. Doctrines are only for pointing to the mind. Once you see your mind, why pay attention to doctrines?"
~ Bodhidharma
"Cosmic lights radiated brilliantly into the infinite worlds of unimpeded flows of existence, with heavenly celestial beings meditatively blessing boundless energy to the unfathomable seas of beauty.
Emptiness is the ultimate subtle state of all existences, phenomena. It is not the complete void of all things, but the ultimate nature of the Universe."
~ Rexsy

"The Moon rested peacefully in lovely serenity. Meditation is to observe the Universe as is, without limitations of consciousness. As the observer becomes one with the observed, and nature of the Universe is completely understood, true action is formed. To deeply penetrate world phenomena is to see the multi-dimensional architectures of its consciousnesses." ~ Rexsy
"The immense cosmic sea intimately embraced countless sparkling stars across the Universe under glorious heavens of Sacred Divinity...The deep dark mystic waters reflected starlights of billions light years away, as Rexsy's Serenade enlightened the World of glowing beauty under infinite wisdoms of the Gods..." ~ Rexsy
"The sun softly rested over the quiet sea as the evening shadows penetrated the Earth. Spiritual living is that which infinitesimally takes the least psychological time, energy, space, and existence for the manifestation of joy, peace, love, and beauty. This is mindful living, the blissful state of Universal Meditation." ~ Rexsy
"The night was absolutely quiet with glorious sparkling starlights, as love and beauty intimately embraced the Earth of great Divine Compassion. Mind of the Universe was innocently empty of myriad phenomena through passage of time, for time breeds further shadows of darkness, which is the very nature of existence." ~ Rexsy
"The reddish galaxies radiated immeasurable blessings into the dark cosmic space of infinite dimensions. Shadow of enlightenment imprinted its presence on the moon’s soil of timeless existence. Gross meaning of phenomena is understood by the gross mind via words, whereas, the subtle meaning is directly comprehended by the subtle mind beyond words. This is the sacredness of wordless wisdom, which is Ecstasy of Meditation!" ~ Rexsy
"The night breeze gently embraced the oak trees of lovely innocent existence under the immense skies of silent sacred beauty! Beautiful starlights gloriously illuminated across the empty pathless paths of solitary enlightenment over the great majestic grandeur of the celestial heavens..." ~ Rexsy
"The beautiful illuminous skylights immersed through the sparkling waters of Sacred Divinity. Cosmic Emptiness holds all existences. For Emptiness of the Universal Mind moves consciousness. Consciousness moves thought. Thought moves energy. And energy moves matters in the Universe. Thus, Emptiness is All and All is Emptiness."
~ Rexsy
"The Sun intimately caressed the Earth of countless unknown mysteries. One's consciousness reflects the world consciousness, thus, by understanding one's own mind, the whole structure of world phenomena may be comprehended. Ignorance disappears at the clear light of consciousness. Ultimately, the kingdom of God, Sacred Wisdom, and Universal Scriptures are all imprinted in one's existence." ~ Rexsy
"In the immense silence of an extraordinarily beautiful morning, the Sun majestically awoke with freshness and powers, radiating great light rays over the gentle Earth. The air felt deeply sacred among the dark trees of the fading winter. Words, concepts, and thoughts may approximate reality, for reality is dynamic and in constant state of change restlessly in the presence of time. Being attached to words leads to apparent conflicts with reality. Words and thoughts are illusive attributed to the impermanency of things in nature. To understand this is to interpenetrate into the permanency of emptiness." ~ Rexsy
"The dark winter skies rested quietly behind the evening clouds as the mind of the Universe traveled its way into the deep space of the unfathomable heavens of countless dynamic creativities. Spirits of the mind is of transgressive energy, which transforms matters into the farthest reaches of imagination. This energy is of the highest form of intelligence, when the mind is quietly observant towards the fluctuations of creation and destruction of the illusory space and time in the Universe. The stars came to shine peacefully over the quiet Earth." ~ Rexsy
"Stillness of the night captured spirits of the Universe as the rain softly touched the Earth of myriad living things. Simplicity is a subtle foundation for well being and essential for all existences. Conflict and agony, by nature, are not of simplicity, therefore sustain sorrows endlessly towards the end of time. The rain danced softly in the beauty of the night." ~ Rexsy
"The wind traveled gently across the peaceful skies, as one penetrated through the sea of moving thoughts. Void and existence coexist and complement each other endlessly in the Cosmos, and beyond this duality is absolute intelligence. Meditation and yoga of the mind/body system are of this duality, just as living and dying are one inseparable process in the Universe. The soft subtle waves moved gently across the surface of the sea, reflected the weak evening sunlight over the quiet Earth." ~ Rexsy
